Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password: 

1. On the Login screen, click Forgot Password? 

2. Enter your registered email. 

3. Click Send Reset Link. 

4. Check your email and open the reset link. 

5. Enter a new password and confirm it. 

6. Click Reset Password to complete the process. 

7. Return to the login page and log in using your new credentials.
